This policy covers the USA Personal Training careers site and applicant text messages sent by Elevate Fitness Coaching, a USA Personal Training company.

What we collect and why

We collect the information you submit (contact details, answers, and resume) to evaluate your application and contact you about it. We also record how you found the job (for example, the ad you clicked) so we can tell which job ads work.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts on the application form, we use your mobile number only to text you about your application, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Texts are sent by Elevate Fitness Coaching, a USA Personal Training company. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This includes your mobile number and your text message consent, and it applies to affiliates as well. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.

Who sees your information

USA Personal Training recruiters and the hiring managers for the market you applied in. We do not sell applicant information.

How long we keep it

We keep applicant records for up to two years after your last application, then delete or anonymize them.
